I've made 3 deals so far this summer and 2 of them have commented on how easy it was to make a deal with me.

I personally found Lee very easy to deal with, especially considering the magnitude of our deal. I'll take someone who can be rude but straightforward every day of the week over someone polite who beats around the bush.

If I am rude, it's because you've made a laughable offer which deserves ridicule. Otherwise I will just say no thank you. really bad offers get a nty.

Sedin for a first in 2018/2019

Voracek for two blue chippers + depending on the blue chippers

Yandle for a downgrade and blue chipper + depending on other pieces

Good interest on voracek atm. One of those blue chippers/young NHLers would ideally be a defensemen btw.

Also want to try to move clutterbuck for defence. There was interest in the past but nothing that had me wanting to pull the trigger. 200+ hits with over 2 min shtoi/g and 20+ points from the wing.

Sedin is going to be a tough sell unfortunately at that price imo. Ran into the same issues trying to sell Hosea. Someone will probably meet your ask on Voracek or at least come close.

I got 1st + 2nd + mckegg for a similarly aged zetterberg.

Have had some discussions regarding voracek. Certain pieces can be agreed on, but so far the adds are where talks are stalling amongst the various GMs I'm talking with

All good though, I'll be patient with voracek until I can get something I think is fair for a team in my position.

Different market. Fewer teams trying to compete and teams that would be interested likely lacking in cap space. All it takes is 1 though.

Not that different. Lots of teams were rebuilding 6 months ago.
