yes, Tim's pick is on auction until the time Thom stated.

Tims pick is on auction. At the end of the hour the guy who wins that auction picks. After that, kyles pick can be made.

tims picking window had been passed a long ago
therefore kyle's pick is due up
can't suspend the flow of draft just because cc decided to make an auction on the side right

draft doesnt stop after billys pick was already made (4th overall) which is PAST 3rd overall of Tim's pick, which technically expired
draft shouldn't stop now for the auction... not even a stated rule on CBA. Did we ever stop the draft whenever we put an expired pick on auction? i rly can't recall

That's why the auction is such a short time period so it doesn't miss too many picks was my thoughts.

Billy picked before auction w announced. How can u have an auction on a pick w fluctuating value. Someone who bids right away with a high bid and then leaves could think they r bidding on #4 and then find out they have bid on #10.

no matthew... we never stopped the draft just cuz an auction started
time goes on after 8 hr window had passed for a particular pick
what happens with the expired pick is, you make an auction for it on the side while the draft continues

and then once auction is over, the expired pick can be made literally any time. can even wait til the very last pick of draft in 7th rd if wanted to
point is the expired pick loses it's order in line and is made as ever-lasting OTC. this is how we've always done it in the past because if the gm actually returns past the OTC time, he was allowed to make a pick at any time frame during the course of the draft. ask older cc's

I don't remember past waiver drafts. I only remember us having to have an auction for all your picks when u fake quit...
