That heel hook was ridiculous, possibly the most dangerous submission guy in the ufc for the fact that he can grab your leg with his take down and submit a guy in the first minute of a fight, and he's done it multiple times

About Palhares. He doesn't just tap you out, he fucking ruins you. He's destroyed more then a few peoples knees IIRC.

Went to Bruins Alumni game tonight and the most exciting thing I saw was Ray Bourque winding up for a big slapper from point( of course the crowd thought he was faking) but he let go a bomb and picked top corner so nice. the crowd went silent. It was nuts. Oh...did i mention that it was in intermission when there was mites on the ice and the goaltender was 5 years old.....It was actually not very cool at all. Ken Linesman can still fly like the wind and Bourque could still play in the NHL.

Ray Bourque always was a douchebag.. although he was one of the greatest defenseman ever. Definitely not cool at all to wind up a big clapper on a 5 year old. I know he used to do it against Patrick Roy all the time but he was a man, he just acted like a 5 year old..

There's also the added bonus that he's still an incredibly talented hockey player who knew he wasn't going to hit the kid in the first place lol

Thats what I hope! My jaw dropped...After that he was slew footing the little kids from behind and laughing. Then a couple mins later the same kid snuck up behind him and did the same thing to Bourque and dropped him and the crowd cheered. I did sense a bit of douchebaggery from him though. Its too bad, as he is one of my all time greats.
