Really good value pickups by Shep and Luke, evidently the Whalers were under scouted in BBKL this season

I had Rakell ranked higher. I was going to take him at 41, but after some talks it sounded like I could still get him after trading down to 44.

More than happy with him @ 44, he should be able to be an everyday NHLer in the future as he can not only play both wing and centre, plays the PP and PK, solid two-way guy, uses his body enough. His lower end is likely a very serviceable energy 3rd liner, with the upside of a very good 2nd liner. All the non-offensive intangibles should allow him to get to the NHL, with some offensive potential still to be reached.

I'm very intrigued about his 2nd year in the OHL and if he can really develop a more offensive game to his already pretty good one..

I was taking Stefan if Luke hadn't picked him. Somewhat of a kick to the nuts really lol .

I'll live with Ritchie. Wouldn't mind seeing what he can do in a season where he doesn't get injured or get mono.

no no, I work all weekend. So now all week I'm off. LOL!!

Hopefully I took the right guy wich was Seth Ambroz. I like is potential and I believe he can put it all together and have a great nhl career.
He got the skills but does he have stamina and can he push himself far enough do make the nhl.

Been eyeing Ambroz all draft, figured he'd drop in to the 50s for me...fuck lol...

Don't worry, I wanted Lucia too but when I traded my 45 for 49+ 71 I taught that MArio would of been there at 49. But oh well.

I use that 71st and traded with 58th and got a 51.

So I actually got 49th and 51 instead of 45 and 58. LOL!!!
