As handsome Mike pointed out, it's probably time to let this block sit for a while. As new guys you'll notice the more you work a block the harder it becomes to move a player for a few different reasons. In this case Riberio (who's certainly talented) is being compared to Sedin, Zetts, Crosby, etc...

Riberio is certainly having a nice season, and is on a cheap contract. But his situation is what's helping him out. Riberio is probably a 2nd line C who's playing a top line role because the preds dont have anyone else.

Matthew needs to talk to Lee about keeping players too long and asking too much only to watch those players get hurt, retire, go to europe, etc... and in return have no value come back to your roster.

I don't think I've had a player retire on me.
