Gagner i believe is on his 3rd contract? Stepan is coming off his ELC, i dont think he gets more than 3.5

there's a difference? im newb to these lol all i know is rfa and might means long term contract means big money.. unless he's signed 2 years per then 3.5 sounds right

Up and down player?...

Gagner has been playing CONSISTENT hockey since the ripe young age of 18 as a 5th overall draftpick without a struggle AND as a centreman on one of the WORST teams in hockey those years (EDM). He managed to put up at LEAST 40+ pts year in year out those years as a very very raw and unpolished player in his teens, and he is finally getting that recognition. IMO he deserves it

Getting to watch Gagner play a lot you learn a few things about him. And inconsistancy is the main one. He's very much up and down, often the best player on the ice, and sometimes the worst.

dont forget that his 32 points (or whatever this year) came in like a 2 week period, where he had an 8 point night and a 4 point night back to back.

Henrique was used on the pk whereas Lokti was not. Hfboards Devil fans have been most of my source on Lokti but they love him and have had him pencilled in as a top 6er more often than not.

Both had 1 point in their last 5 games, although for Loki it was the devils last 7.

And Josh, you are better than referring to HF boards as a reliable source, 4 of them probably called the GM to get their info

If the devil's are playing hardball negotiations with Henrique this could get interesting. He's beast, better than Zajac IMO.
