is it just me or does this whole thing seem really overblown.

all that happened was babcock and carlyle asked them to leave once before they chewed the shit out of their guys - that's it. never did they say we don't want you in the rooms anymore - not even the article says they said that. they simply asked them to leave out of anger and frustration at one point during the game.

but i guess that wouldn't make as interesting an article right.

Caught the replay of episode two on HBO Sunday morning...they must bleep out the f-bombs in the morning, I guess. Caught episode one on demand on Friday afternoon. I like it so far...both teams have been struggling but I'm thinking episode three will be a little more cheerful from a Wings' perspective.

This would be much more interesting with good trams ...

that was a depressing episode, even with the Hawks smashing in there.

You find this years boring too or just trolling? I dont know if it because both teams are losing but neither team seems to have any personality.. where is max talbot when you need him.

Two favorite parts: 1) Babcock as he actually talks to the cameras. 2) Dion and sids little beak sesh with the refs. Laugh pretty hard when sid said he doesnt hit anyone.

The Crosby-Phaneuf thing is the only thing that has been decent, IMO.

honestly this year seems about 100x more filtered. No where near as gory, no where near as focused on the intensity. Their stuck talking about the historic value of the 2 teams, their struggles and their injuries.

Is it that HBO is stuck on that or are they filling as the teams arent giving them much to go on? Detroit is too professional and looks as though they havent told a joke since shanny left. the leafs all seem really akward. Hopefully wins will translate into personality as i think its two teams at the lowpoint of their season.
