Likely have to shed a bit of cap before tomorrow's lock.
Looking to downgrade him slightly at a lesser cap. Or upgrade with Upshall+ for a cheaper player.
Player has to be making under $2mil.

Just realized waiving some plugs allows me to just be under the cap. So this move is not 100% necessary, but still something I'm willing to do so I do not have to waive said plugs.
