Booooooring

It was actually a really good episode. Bozak got some love which I liked. I feel like he is one of the most under-appreciated Leafs.

Just for that I hope Sharp scores a hat trick on SJS in the last 10 minutes left!

two teams shitting the bed + no personality of players. My favourite part of that last episode was Phil asking HBO not to make him look stupid. Other than that Blah. Oh well still an awesome show. Wish they'd do more random ones throughout the season, I think they'd make big money on HBO Canada.

this one just felt really filtered.

Where was the camera at some dinners ? players either too boring or HBO being filtered by NHL/Leafs/Wings?

Neither coach let them in his dressing room for real... real limited player selection and felt like short windows of general time together,no Gardiner, Reilly, JmL just as he was leaving, no datsyuk stuff in practices, no Bertuzzi, Babcock alone giving speeches.... nothing like the comfort level during the NYR/PHI season.



But from the start the approach this time was about the magic of the game, not the sacrifice or the intensity as previous years. Leafs actually had a pretty good final week, not that they showcased that very much, points in 5 straight, 3 wins for 8 of 10 points....

That was probably the best part of the entire series. Made me like Phil a little more. Very dry overall though..
