Dave's teams needed depth, but hard to like this return for an elite 22 year old who contributes in all cats. I hope I'm wrong on Sedin for his sake, but I don't know how long he will be a premier offensive player and he doesn't offer much else.

CBJ is improved next season, but I think it's a big hit to the value of his franchise long term.

I did call Kane the most valuable BBKL winger with salary taken into consideration earlier this year so maybe I just think a lot more of him than others. Wish I had more depth on my team so I could have made a better offer to land him for myself.

His valuations are not on par and there is a lack of understanding about what is valuable in this league and what is trending in the NHL. Matt Bruyns on the other hand is the opposite. This deal just confirms my belief. Wait for trades he makes. It will become more and more noticeable.

If you are going to insult dave with regards to his trades I think he is more than welcome to insult you based on your bad trade offers. Everyone in the league, even the newer people know you throw out some terrible ones on a regular basis.

Even on a bad year sedin has out performed kane. Beniot is playingf 20+ mins a night and greenimg is the sens veraion of clutterbuck hits pks and is good for 30 points

There you have it. I know how it feels flipping top end players for depth. It hurts but is needed.

This deal is ONLY fair if Sedin score over 90 pts next year for the Toronto Maple Leafs organization
