We all make bad deals. I just dont understand why u traded bogo and a 1st for jurco and stuatt

Stuart just a reliable h2h dman who has a reasonable contract and secure role going into next season.


Jurco is the risk, I understand that - waiver exempt and cheap, but he needs to continue developing for this to ever make sense.

Stat wise I agree stuat is very nice. But long term and trade value bogo would have more.

Ye Bogo has better #, but that 1st is not what I think Jurco will be next year.

I'm not denying this isn't a great value trade for me, but talking with other GMs about similar offers wasn't getting anywhere and Kyle played ball around an ELC guy + reliable. I'll be making several others moves this summer, however the next guys have to be better, as Vanek was the 'least valuable' of the big names on my trade block.

not as bad as ppl think for nick.. actually i found this being quite fair and yes jurco being waiver exempt + cheap makes nick's team more flexible in coming season on his roster
