We've got a new prospect here for one the our vacancies. Chad is a member of a Yahoo league I participate in. In that league he's demonstrated a much higher level of activity than the rank and file - as well as a certain level of skill (he *gasp* just took me out in the finals over there, can ya believe it?).

Chad: not only will you recognize a lot of the same scoring elements as RHL but you'll see a lot of commonalities on my roster.

Anyway, the floor's yours. Try to impress 'em as it's not my decision alone.

Hello All,

Thank you for the warm welcome. It feels like I might fit in pretty good in here.

So I was thinking what the hell would a group of guys wanna know about someone that they plan on inviting to a Fantasy Hockey league as in depth as this. I did read your CBA as well. I am impressed with the level of organization and dedication to fantasy hockey. I like it.

So as far as fantasy hockey goes this is my second season. My first season of RHL with Mike was lots of fun, I think I made it to the semi's that year. This year I won it by the skin of my teeth. I also played a full year with another group of guys over at the Old Time Hockey League on Reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/oldtimehockey that is a pretty big league. They have about 132 teams over 11 divisions and 3 brackets. It is pretty relaxed but lots of fun. If any of you are looking for another league to join that one is a good time. I placed 3rd in my D3 Dionne team. I am a very very active player and I despise inactivity, so I might take a bit to adjust to the style of your league but I will NEVER stop playing.

On a personal note, I am 36, married 10 years with two boys 8 and 5. I coach my kids in Baseball and Hockey. I work for the provincial government here in Alberta doing IT infrastructure work. I am a huge smartass, I love to swear and talk shit. I am a sad sad Oiler fan.
