First off Thank You to the competition committee for giving me this opportunity. And thank you to all for making me feel welcome from the start here.

Here in Vancouver we realise that the team has not been playing up to acceptable standards, and I will be doing everything possible to change that. Every season our goal will be to make the playoffs and every season that we fall short of that goal will be considered a failure. That being said I recognize the current standing of the team, and recognize the need to bring new life in this franchise more geared towards the future of this team. I am sorry for the previous general managers oversight, stripping this team of most of its 2014 and 2015 draft picks. Under my tenure I will aim to build through strong drafting, but we will never consider tanking an option. We will remain competitive, but we realise the need for change. A full evaluation of the entire franchise is already underway, after its completion we will be looking to have a very active off season in preparation for opening night. Change is coming.

Both team should be in the playoffs next year, Pitts is still the favourite for the division IMO, Vancouver without injuries woulda been in this year, maybe?
