You guys are hilarious. Had him on the block for a month now. Only 1 Gm made a offer, (not Lee, I started the offer here). I made about 10 offers out there similar to this and only Lee took it. I needed to cut about 4 million in salary to get under 69 million, and Stafford was (although I do like him still) my most overpriced player.

Edit I tried hard to get more, nobody was biting.

Stafford is available for a 1st and 2nd if anyone would like to pay a more reasonable price.

Had a block, and even states somewhere in there (after a gm offered 2 prospects) that I would take pick(s) and or prospect(s) Oh well I could of mabey got more If I waited, but not much I don't think. I am happy now anyway, I am below the cap, and ready to start the season.

I don't know how many top 6 wingers you could get for two mid-to-late 2nd rounders so good on Lee for making that happen. Granted, he's on a historically bad offensive team and his numbers have dropped off. He was around a point for every 2 games pace from last year so that's still 40 points...not quite the 50+ points he was putting up a few years ago. He's in a contract year so maybe there will be some urgency in his play.
