FA claims can be made on September 26 at noon. Is it noon in Italy for Mik or is it noon in Atlantic Canada for me? I am going to lay a guess here and say it is 12 pm EST? correct?

Players still eligible for the next BBKL Entry Draft will be available only until roster submission.
At least 24hrs have to pass between claims by the same GM (any claim coming before 24hrs have passed will be considered void)

- Deadline for Roster Submissions (end of the off-season) is Sunday October 5th at 3 p.m. ET

- Waivers will start on October 6th at noon
not exactly a hard guess lol, we don't have Eastern and Western time zones here in Italy
