To give you an idea of how bad Randy is, Sportsnet did a comparison of Colborne vs Holland on the weekend. They said if/when Holland is moved out of Toronto (and it's likely) you'll see similar production/explosion of colborne. A proper system and a good coach can make all the difference in a young players development.

fucking Carlyle. If I didn't think he's doing damage to the kids here, I'd advocate keeping him around to tank for a top-ish pick.
