Well, wonder why he would not sell the company. Even he is very sick, he could sell the company and give the money to his family or to a good charity.

well that sucks. there will still be google cache of all the data.

I bet this pisses off NHL GMs about as much as it does us ;D

I'm sure there'll be a replacement up soon, lots of demand.

just went on to nhlnumbers.com, i checked about half my contracts, nhlers salaries were all correct, found about 3 discrepancies that were from ELCs (lower end prospects were more likely to be inaccurate, most likely because they don't come with as much scrutiny as 1st rd picks) which are a result of inaccurate bonus totals.. i think we would be fine using it going forward, if nothing a little more accurate comes up try to get secondary sources on bonus cap hit

well that's sad and a bit shocking at the same time.

I mean, with the traffic that site had, one would guess it would be an easy sell..

Any link we've posted on the site for a player goes directly to that message page. I don't know if there is any way to get the info off that site. I wish he'd at least left the site up and just didn't update it but it costs money to host of a site.

It's a valuable tool. I know NHL Network will reference it and I know the NHL satellite radio guys will use it as a source for contracts. It's the best site of its kind...hopefully someone else picks up the slack.
