The SJS Franchise has a two-year plan to remain competitive while become a tad younger and deepening the farm system.

I am willing to trade H2H/Periph stats in exchange to get a tad younger (doesn't have to be huge. even 1-2 years is great) and strengthening my farm (prospects/picks).

To be fair, the draft picks isn't the problem with Matt's initial offer. I would like to downgrade; obtaining a lesser D + futures.
