Howard played 216 games in the AHL before becoming a full-timer in the NHL when he was 25. Mrazek is at just 117 and just turned 23. The Wings have a lot of years invested in Howard and he's signed through '17-18...I think it will be Mrazek's crease eventually. With the way Monster plays, he might be back again for another year.

Even if Gus doesn't resign he has been good enough that he should get a back up job somewhere. I think Sadowy has a good chance of becoming a bottom 6 NHLer due to the style he plays. Had another offer of 2nd + 3rd + 4th but I liked Sadowy more than the 2nd.
