Why would Dallas do that kind of trade?

I think he needs to multiply his assets, not further reducing them by betting on only one pony's health

Not a very impressive draft + 1 year, hasn't improved his offence much and is nowhere near the pace put up by the top OHL scorers. Perlini's likely going to play in the OHL another year and TT is already an NHLer who is now starting to play more minutes and getting time on the PP and 2nd line.

Lazar could be as good as Frans Nielson
TT probably wont do as much h2h as Paul Statsny

seems pretty logically to me, doesn't matter if he does the deal or not, doesn't make it a bad offer. LOL..the worst offer is Pauls by a long shot.
