Been asking around and have been getting some mixed responses, so looking to clear this up for good before the lottery takes place.

Essentially the question is who is in 10th and 11th overall out of Anaheim and Columbus.

Both have 343 points.
Columbus has more category wins 152 to Anaheim's 150.
Anaheim has more weekly victories.

So is it category wins as the first tiebreaker or weekly victories?

Given we don't do W-L-T you would think category should apply.
