NEW GM RULE

7-5 : Any new GM who takes over a team in the bottom twelve of the league will receive corresponding picks in the waiver draft.
8th – 12th – Additional pick in the first round (31st)
4th – 7th – Additional pick in the first round (5 spots after your original pick)
3rd – 1st – Two additional picks in the first round (2 spots after your original pick + 31st)

So I should also be getting two additional waiver pick as well correct?

That is some leftover from the past... However, I think there should be discussions over this Summer to add some picks for bottom teams at least after the 1st round.
