I have 8 NHL dmen here. Those who think McBain is a taxi squad this season, dont be surprised when his price goes up near camp/pre-season when you find out Forbort is in the minors

I was talking with a taxi driver the other day. Did you know that some taxi drivers make like 700/800 in a 12 hour shift on (thursday-saturday)?

It's like getting your general license with a couple other bits and pieces. Go in take the computer test like your learners. Then gotta do a driving test. Real easy.

But uber is the future. It's so huge here in Australia, I never use cabs anymore. It's faster, cheaper and an overall better experience most of the time

That's only if they own the cab though, no?
Would depend on the company, % of fares, volume of customers and tips. But I could see someone peaking around figures like that in a really busy night in a rented cab
