Alex Galchenyuk - entertain me with something sexy, young, and nimble. or GTFO.
James Neal - SOG monster, 1st line PP forward who hits.
Brayden Schenn - BBKL MONSter, ? Center?
Drew Miller - Getting offers on him. If you want him, the man who is a defenseman that you dress as an additional winger ... well come at me.
*I just learned I have one super long nasal hair.
Justin Braun
Drew Doughty
other D men.
I like 1st round picks, rebuilding assets. Old people too.

a fair add would be Alex Galchenyuk + Schenn for Seguin IMO

I guess taking this into the hypothetical realm now, I'd much rather have the two than the one there. Of course, depending on depth behind each side. And your thoughts on where each player is going in the hazy future

personally, i think you may actually win that deal.
I woudln't be surprised to see Seguin put up better stats than both schenn + Gally combined this year.

I don't know why Thom makes trade blocks. The guy only makes a trade when he wins a trade hands down. And the league is too smart for that to happen anymore.
Just avoid making blocks, bro. Be like Arian.

Making blocks is fun. Fantasy hockey is about having fun. Thom makes blocks. Thom is having Fun. Go Thom Go.

Ya just razzin' thom...Just frustrates me to see lack of movement (definitely originates from negotiations with Thom) but also because with the assets WSH has, it should be a contender every year with a legitimate chance to win. Not just another eliminated team year after year. Meh.

Well ... you're correct. But also I built up the team to this point with my slower rate of doing things. I think everyone but Hanzal, Seidenberg, RInne and Neal are my acquisitions.
I'm not necessarily looking to 'win' a deal, as people say I am, BUT I am not going to make a deal just for a deal's sake. To make a deal it needs to make sense for WSH (as I see it...which is where opinions differ!).
So while a deal may be 'fair' as far as raw stats are concerned, if it doens't improve the focus of WSH ... well ... why would I do it? Many trades are made on our ability to prognosticate a player's value over the next ... year or more. A higher turnover GM (such as Shiv) is a day-trader. So far I'm like a superconservative investor with minimal changes, with slow ?progressive? growth.
A bit of change of pace may be a good thing, but I also have emotional attachments to certain players which slows my pace.

This is great advice from Shiv actually. Be like me and continue not to accept Shiv's usually terrible offers

MEH, to each their own. You wanna hold onto your players and watch them decline, better for me, price goes down.
You want to make bad trade offers, meh, we all do it.
You want to trade daily, meh, keeps the league active.
At the end of the day, none of us should care really.
