Spreadsheet?

So it's summer and i have been lazy for past 3 months... do we have new spreadsheet or something that we can update our CAP? I wanna see if I am still over the cap or not.. but don't know how.. and there's no more capgeek right? When do we have to start getting ready?

I use spotrac
