Does anyone know the proper way for me to handle this Voynov situation? Hes currently on my roster however being exported to Russia - Does that void his contract and let me put him in the minors (waiver exempt)?

In another league with the same format I took his contract off and he's waiver free in the minors now. With contract on the books before yesterday he was on LTIR so cap can come off with relief players.
