Byron Froese C - Leafs fans know that Babcock has really taking a liking to Froese and it's very likely he sticks with the team. Broadcast last night said Babcock is trying to use him like he did Glendening and that would be a good comparison. 6GP 45FOW, 11 hits, 2:35SHTOI per game.

Sergey Kalinin C - 6'3 rookie who the Devils seem to be high on and is starting to get more opportunities. Started the year on the 4th line and has played 17min+ the last two games playing with Zajac and Palmieri.

Looking for a 2nd round pick or similar prospect for either guy and they are both waiver exempt.

Don't really consider him a prospect anymore, I'd do Greenway.

If I had contract space I'd have added Kalinin, fair block and good on Steve for getting him.

Should have maybe waited, but didn't think I was getting more than 2nds for these guys and I got Kalinin for a '16 4th in the waiver draft and Froese was a FA claim so I made a tidy profit.

I actually think Froese is the better player but i think there's a better chance Kalinin sticks in the NHL - if that makes any sense lol
