Good win for shiv. I like stamkos. But I guess monk had to take a slight loss on a guy who is gonna be paid 11 million.

going by this deal I get the feeling Luke was scared Stamkos could retire not too long after signing his new contract

I love this deal for luke. You people are crazy.

Doesn't seem to be a move Shiv would typically make...doesn't take on big salaries usually. We'll know in a few weeks what his price will be.

I like it for Luke considering he becomes a deeper team. Nielsen is probably staying on the island but we don't know the contract terms yet. He needed help on defense and McDonagh is a steady guy. Shaw's situation is up in the air but he'll find a new home come July.

Like the deal without the 2018 1st. The pick heavily tips it in Shiv's favor for me.

Since Shiv doesn't keep picks, I want to see what he does with it next.

I use Photoshop but you're giving me way too much credit...the photo was already with him in a black background. This sig took no effort. I found a version of the photo with the background erased. I might do something different with this because I love the classic action photos.
