While I prefer parayko, I suspect will sees them as similar and I'd deep on defense with more d prospects coming, while being rather shallow up front at the moment.

I'm on team zacha I think the more i look into it...

I think this would have been better for will had he been able to move 1 of his other stud dmen, seeing as parayko was the only 1 that was exempt.

I don't see any way they can keep him. And as good as he is, I'm not sure investing big money in him is the best allocation of their cap space.

Shattenkirk is definitely gone. Too many good RHD to pay him ~7 mil

Yep, and if Shattenkirk walks I've gotta imagine Parayko finds his way to quarterbacking that 1st PP in the next year or so. Meanwhile is New Jersey that much better in the next couple of years than it is now?
