This year i'm cheering for Saint John's Sea Dogs and Thomas Chabot alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the way (8 points in 4 games so far).. and hope he will have an excellent WJC tourney... Seems like a strong candidate for memorial cup..

Bracco has looked great to start the year. Great hands, great feet....needs some more work defensively but that will never be his bread and butter.

I'll probably pull for Seattle this year cause of Barzal, and IIRC they were supposed to be a contender for the W, but I think they got off to a slow start with Barzal and Kolesar not playing the first 2 months.

I can't wait to see Chabot tear up the Q this year!!!

Halifax Mooseheads

I probably should follow the OHL. I should pick a team out of that West Division made up of Michigan-based and border teams. I'm obviously a big college hockey fan...can't really watch OHL on TV here. I've got the 3 apps for the CHL leagues on my phone...I like to read the boxscores.

I follow a bunch but live two minutes from the Ice Dogs new arena so tend to hear about them the most

Nico is the man, and how your boy went undrafted last year is a joke. He may be a top 5 talent in the Q.

Could see him going in the top 2 rounds in this years draft.

Fortier is so talented. He reminds me a lot like Connor Brown. Similar size, similar IQ, same style.

I always get the sense that no one scouts the QMJ. If Fortier were in the OHL he would have been a 3rd rounder last year.
