Is Green better at this point in his career?

Green is getting 24 minutes a night, 3.5 pptoi and shtoi this season. The most he has had in years in all categories. So his production is going back up.

Deal works for both of us. He gets insane periphs. I get a big offensive boost.

I think it's a win-win stats wise, but a win for Chuck in value. Green's age and contract means he has no value in this league since no GMs want to win and the ones who do have no cap. Markov is a similar player with better stats of late and I'd pretty much have to give him away if I wanted to trade him.

?

It's a slight overpayment for Green, but nobody was going to give Chuck much for Green and probably by far the best offer he had on Green. I think Emelin is a little more valuable moving forward and especially if and when Green reverts back to a hollow stat line.

31 equals older than 30 which is some magical number in this league, I didn't check and though he was 33ish though. Emelin is 2M cheaper and I prefer his stats so I think the value is in Chuck's favour. Considering what Matthew got for Zetterberg maybe he pulls it off again with Green though.

I prefer the other deal I heard about with Wood instead of the 1st, but I guess Chuck really likes Wood.

If you want to win that's the easiest route since older players are a huge market inefficiency since they are severely undervalued.

emelin with weber is nice yea, but I consider on a individual basis, green to be the way more superior player
