I probably should have gone for it this year. I've been purposely trying to sabotage my own team now for a while and I still continue to do pretty well.

If I had kept zetterberg and a few other guys, and used some of my futures to load up, I may have been able to at least take a shot at it given how dubnyk gets me almost all the goalie cats every week.

What did I tell ya? You've got a decent team, man. There's a nice little 3-way battle with you, Vancouver and Colorado for two playoff spots. You need to decide soon what you want to be this year. You're closer to a playoff team than a bottom-of-the-league team.

I've thought all along that you should've embraced your success. You already have my 1st round pick this year that will probably be in the top 10-15 range. I don't know if you're that concerned where your pick is going end up. Even if you make the playoffs and get knocked out early...it probably still ends up in the top 20.

When the season started I thought I was guaranteed 2 top 5 picks.

I told you early on that I don't want you to have a top 5 pick from me. Not saying it won't be a decent pick when it's all said and done. Can't forget that Vegas' pick goes in there somewhere early.

For you, goaltending is why you shouldn't bail. It's difficult to find a dependable goalie and when you have one, don't be so quick to trade them. Short of making the trade Chuck made where he downgraded in goal and got Eichel...I wouldn't dare move Dubnyk.

Hmm having a pretty good week but up against mike and thom and a great week from Billy. Can't make much headway - even Loki keeping tight.
