Malkin is a very understandable choice. The Pens deserved multiple spots. Kessel could've been a choice as well.

Trocheck has been a steady guy for the Panthers but I think Barkov was better.

Smith was an odd choice. I would've picked Ekman-Larsson over Fowler to be the Coyotes rep. Kesler is already repping the Ducks and he's a very deserving choice. I would've picked Johnson or Budaj or Gibson over Smith as the 2nd goalie and I would've even given Miller some consideration.

I think Vanek was a bit of a snub. They chose Nielsen instead. Both guys have been positive additions for the Wings but obviously, the team is a mess.
