If this is a keeper league, then the commissioner must renew the league first, and then trades can be made in the renewed league. Alternatively, if the desired trade needs to be executed retroactive to the start of the last period of the season, or any previous period, the commissioner can do that in "Commissioner Mode".

I am really confused as to why Tim is not taking advantage of some of these offers i know people have made to him. He could be basically getting double resources.

I offered 1st + 3rd + 2 waiver picks + 7th + any unprotected F for not selecting a dman and it was rejected. I am certain other GM's have made similar offers. He could be just loading right up. Picks in this league are VALUABLE.

Instead i get a player back that is exempt, get to protect Ceci and more than likely lose Kevan Miller which still kinda sucks. That is, unless there is another offer to be had. I am still open to providing the shittiest possible list to the expansion team.

You can't seriously tell me you think any of your forwards exposed + late '18 1st + '18 3rd is worth DDK/Ceci. I'm not going to take huge value losses just on the threat of you deciding to sell all your assets off. I have more than enough faith that most won't be taking large value losses in order to move a guy they would leave exposed.

As for Thom, why in God's name would I want to take Corey Perry when you have more than a couple guys way more appealing than him? You guys can't offer me deals that make no sense for me and then act astonished when I'm not interested.
