West is definitely making the improvements this offseason with Will and Tim making things interesting next season.
Thom is laughing at his division as he is pretty much guaranteed to win a division full of rebuilding teams and Tony.

Only possibly because he's in the Metro. Don't think that roster is close to playoff quality. As is I suspect he'll be fighting with NYR for the third and presumably last playoff spot from the division, behind WSH and CBJ.
