Easily the constant of our community who is in the business of summer PMS defusing, book keeping, displaying kindness all while working like a horse to make this environment a tolerable enjoyable place. The seamingly calm demanor of this GM allows us to kick him around - thats part of the joy of having him. We like to talk all the good about him behind his back however, because lets face it - nobody wants to actually look good in front of a Toby of the office while we are pretty sure that without him, this place is likely f*cked lol
