2018 Entry Draft eligibility
All bbkl-free players (i.e. players not owned by any BBKL team) born between January 1st 1998 and September 15th 2000 are eligible for selection in the 2018 BBKL Entry Draft.
Additionally, bbkl-free players born in 1997 that have not played in N.A. when 18,19 or 20yrs old are eligible as well*.
All other bbkl-free players are eligible for the waiver draft instead.

I have Zadina at 2 and Dobson at 7.
Pretty much the same top 15, I would just re-organize it a bit!
