I feel a little dirty trading for a periphs guy, my personal hockey preference is as tiny euro skilled player centric as they come but hits and pims are my team's glaring weak point, made sense to address it and acquire a youngish top 10 winger in hits who puts up some other good periphs too

He's good for what he is no doubt. He has been a model of consistency. 10ish goals 20ish pts 70ish pim and 200ish hits a season. And he's back to killing penalties this year which is a +.

Underrated squeamish point for me in this deal is Matthew Highmore. I got him for cheap in the waiver draft (think it cost me a 4th) but I like him a lot. He'll probably turn into a stud next year just to screw me but I guess we'll see

He's certainly flashed at the AHL level. Will be fun to see how it plays out.
