That said, I'd also encourage you guys to report any ones I might miss along the way

Ex) Players who signed a brand new ELC contract that's still showing up as $0 in FT
Ex) Players who has re-upped with their home club following the first ELC but have not updated in FT AAV
EX) Players with NEW signing once they've hit their UFA status
EX) Players whose contract has EXPIRED and are pending UFA's following their last year of contract

Along with any other players of varying types

Question for myself: What happens with Luongo and Franzen's contracts here? Are they usable for purpose of our cap or no?

Luongo retired. Franzen did not.

Luongo is retired...he's no long a member of the Panthers. The Canucks and Panthers are getting hit with a recapture penalty.

Guys like Franzen and Zetterberg are still technically under contract with the Wings (probably until their deals finally run out in the year or so).
