Solid deal. Probably means Shep is throwing in the towel on the season, but looks like a deal that will pay off for him next season.

Formenton probably not needed in the deal, but it's a fine deal.
Interesting that shep just put himself into trouble cap-wise again for next year, but that's a long ways away.
