I just went with more high profile rookies (only allowed 10 picks). I can do a 2nd list next week of more secondary rookies who are doing well.

There's some good young goalies out but I think the rookie class is dominated by skaters.

Got to put Seider up there for the defensemen...really solid coverage on multiple categories. Zegras and Raymond are providing the splashy offensive numbers but honorable mention to Lundell for his category coverage.

Seider/Zegras/Raymond would be my Calder finalists and they've been the best fantasy rookies so far but it's a pretty good rookie class overall.

Actually the 2nd best fantrax rookie (after seider) so far this year isn't even in the poll since he's low profile, and I went with the well known guys.

Jeannot is a pleasant surprise. 4th year in the Predators organization as an unsigned player out of junior. He's more in the Lundell camp in that he's a category...very useful player in our format. I've got him in ADHL.

I'd still stick with the 3 guys I picked. Zegras has picked up his game after an okay October. Raymond has been on a near PPG pace all season. He's not gone more than a two games without a point. With Seider, even if the offense isn't there for stretches...the guy is playing top pair minutes and I'm not shocked he's already the best defenseman on the Wings. I think the improvement of the Wings as a team has come from the injection of Raymond and Seider in the lineup. Rookies on a bad team don't show out as well. Zegras on an improved Ducks team also adds shine to his early season success.

COVID issues for the Flames so we get an extra day to get our lineups in for this week.

Methinks the NHLers won’t be at the olympics.
