I'm in the waffle zone. Happy to retool... also happy to go for it. So a mix bag of offerings here.
My roster construction means i have a shallow team that plays a 5C- 6W - 7D setup. Won't waiver from that.

Tools for Games Played:
Dustin Tokarski - cheap goalie for Goalie starts. Asking a mid round pick.

Pieces I'd trade currently: Either for picks prospects OR to upgrade. If i deal them, i will not take back more cap than going out.
Kevin Labanc - due back off LTIR from shoulder surgery - original return was about end of march so he's coming on up soon. Second line wing, offensive skill set - 45-55 point range so far, 2 SOG/game, .75-1 hit a game, PP time, not a pker. 4.725 million for 2 more years after this.
Cam Atkinson - my best winger, almost PPG with over 3 shots a game, PK's a tonne, and contributes blocks too. If i deal him, obviously means i'm retooling. So that's the framework of him moving. Picks/Prospects, etc.

Schenn and Pageau - big 'bbkl type' Centers for contenders - not selling for cheap. I'm not a bottom dweller that needs to tank. So... make it worth my while for productive players.

DEFENCE
ALec Martinez - had a face cut and has been on LTIR since. Not much news, but has been skating. points and periphs well rounded D when in lineup. 5.25 x 2 more years after this. My best D when healthy. Yes he's old.

Patrick Nemeth - he is what he is, i was hoping for the next cale Makar, but ...this will have to do. 2.5 million. Peripherals solid D. Same ol story: 1 sog, 2hit/2block/2min SHTOI.

Scott Mayfield - 1.45million for another year after this. Two 1sts, blue chip prospect, and baby blue chip prospect. That's the price.

Adam Pelech - likely an offseason type move but i'm not married to him necessarily.

names aren't 100% inclusive here, but just enough to whet appetites.
