What a waist of time. I putted soo much work into this to be all taken from me. the best thing for the league was to help and not destroy Dallas. You guy s would of been better of to fired my ass and not to do anything to dallas. The goal is to get the team in the best shap possible. SO why lose my 1st and not fired. doesn t make sense.

Because some of us believe you are good for Dallas, and although a fine is warrant, ideally it won't set you back beyond repair. Keep working on improving Frankie, you've done good things with that team so far. Until rulings are final that pick cannot be moved though.

Its not just for cap issues.... He dressed an illegal roster, was under the cap, and made multiple call ups/downs without his players clearing waivers. A lot more going into this decision than just cap (it was all outlined in mikes post). I like frank alot and think the guy is entertaining but unfortunatly for him this is the right decision.

There is nothing in there that says admins can choose what 1st rounder is removed for punishment. Nor does it state that the pick in question is removed immediatly. When i read this rule, i was understanding it as when the draft comes, he loses a 1st round pick. -> Not he loses what ever 1st round pick we decide to take, and it happend to be the best pick in the draft. Horse shit.

i'd say that a little softer, but there is some discussion about this topic berg.

He only has the one pick (at time of punishment).

The problem Bergey is that Mike is power crazy. I have been arguing for the past 4 hours for there to be JUST A DISCUSSION about the punishment. I suggested we give Frank 2 days to find a 1st. Mike has said no discussion. What he says goes. And what he says is 1st PHI 2011. And that is final.
