He is involved in 4 different negotiations right now.. so i'd have to say he is on the market. 
A couple of Eastern Conference GMs asking about him made decent offers i'm not sold on, a pair of proposals i made for deals i like better are still waiting replies..
looks like there might still be time to get in the mix if you're interested.
