steckel is sick but i think he's one of those guys that has more value to your team than in a trade. there aren't many people that would move 1sts or other big assets for a player like steckel.

simply not a rare piece... dime a dozen.
Important though, a team of Steckle's would be hard to beat badly, but virtually no threat of a big beat the other way.

this league overvalues picks so much its ridiculous. steckel can easily slot on the majority of teams in this league in a solid h2h role. asking for 30th overall for a player like that is far from unrealistic.
if you don't like it, move on please.

uh yea...which is why everybody knows they will get more for their 1st rounders than david steckel. are you trying to talk people out of making this deal?

no actually. try to offer 30th overall for a better player than steckel and the answer will be no. the valuation in this league is fucked up.
