this league matured a lot in frank's absence in terms of people realizing the value of proven NHLers and largely moving away from over-hyped prospects and picks.

i have a bad feeling about the state of the CGY team tbh. in 1 day it has gone from a bunch of average shit and patrick sharp, to a bunch of average shit and no patrick sharp.

people in this thread are grilling frank way too much. He upgraded 39 year old Brodeur to 29 year old Anderson for practically free. Omark + Greene are obviously not amazing nhlers but Omark had 27 points in 51 games as a rookie. Not to mention he gets Schroeder, a 1st this year and another one next year. These aren't shit pieces. he received a lot of value. Yes he lost Sharp, but I can guarantee, Frank will turn this team around by December. It's a lock.

haha. point it out to me every time I do it okay? There is always a good reason why . I.e. Frank imo is a top tier gm when it comes to trading. Not how he goes about it because I'm pretty sure he rubs a lot of people the wrong way lol but he doesn't make bad trades imo. By december CGY can be a playoff team.
