it's an error by Bill. Kareem is a genius for making a lesser deal happen.

I told him I like the Cody deal more too (after he told me, did not go all inception on his ass).

I told you Shiv logically yours made sense but my heart/fun factor wasn't in your deal. This is a game in the end and I'm gonna go with deals that I'm excited about. I got good value maybe not the most, but in the end it made me happier than your deal.

that is probably the worst analysis of my trade offer. but anyways good on kareem for being an excellent salesman.

When Bill told me the other offer was more fun, I responded by saying with my offer he could easily land pieces that he finds to be fun.

I think the reason I don't comprehend why a GM would go with a lower value offer is because of my revolving door philosophy, while other GMs make far fewer trades. I'd rather take the offer that gives me more value then make more trades to turn a profit. you guys talk about bill getting more "quality" in this trade, and i completely disagree. Jokinen + 11th + 19th + 25th could be turned into a SOLId winger. McBain already > Hodgson. It is not even close to me when you factor in trade value.

Those pieces are not that good man.

If you think McBain is not better than Hodgson you are crazy.
If you think Jokinen + 11th Overall + 19th Overall + 25th Overall cannot be turned into a player worth way more than 1st PHI 2012, you are crazy even still.

But I realize you are a GM that doesnt trade a lot so it is not part of your gming style which is why you wont understand.
