Way too early to say it's a lottery pick. Especially when the team in question moves it, looks like he's trying to improve his roster now.

it wont' be.. esp if neuvirth is gonna start... and from frank's history he went from a team with only PK Subban to having lundqvist +++++ .. besides he's piling assets now and still 3 more mths before season starts...

I agree, I think Frank will improve, but not by nearly enough to get out of the basement this season.
