It's pretty straight forward, if either (or both) of the two picks I traded to Scott are top two, he will swap it for one (or both) of the picks I own (WSH, DET), which ever is not top two.

For example:

IF WSH & DET finish 3rd and 4th last, and DAL and CGY finish last and second last, we swap both picks.

I struggle with this trade still..just rather complicated conditions that i've never heard of, not that it appears to be breaking current rules...

I believe you've both seen the CC thread wherein the details regarding conditions essentially becoming NMC's...
