A good trade for both. I like that shooker gets three goal scorers, but it's obvious that his FOWs and SHTOI will take a hit I think. Hedjuk is pretty much the oldest player in that deal and I don't think he's had a very good year in a long time. Shiv manages to make his team a little bit less talented, but gets across the board contributions.

I think the wild card is Kessel to be honest. He's got an incredibly high ceiling, and if he hits 40 or 50, he's a stud. Period.

Confirmed. Only took 35 days to figure this out. I think I lose big but am ok with it.

Easily lol. Its fucking toews. That's what I was trying to tell him the whole time. I like it because of the sharp pavelski swap mainly. Kessels potential is fun as well. Though he will likely be on the block at some point lol.

YEs cause you wouldn't pay up to get him. I like this deal far better than the deal with koivu. I was getting bent over in that one.

No because Datsyuk + Cleary >>> Koivu. Heck Datsyuk > Koivu.

I believe it was a no brainer for Shiv. Jonathan Toews had over 900 face off win, then add some Power play points..... What shooker is getting may look better but Shiv improve is stats by making the deal since I feel Burrows is on part with Pavelski,Sharp is better then Kessel and Towes is the best player out of the deal and then you have Hejduk vs O Donnel (two oldies). It's still close but the edge is for sure on shiv side.

By the way Thx for the sig....

I like it for Shook, the 'middle' of the deal is quiet definitely in his favour, no doubt that toews if better then carter though -> just not by the margin in the middle, IMO.m
